[BUG] Send stream button is enabled even if user does not have enough funds for interface fee

If a user does not have enough funds to cover the interface fee they should not be able to try to create the transaction as the estimation will just fail with an error that is quite confusing

The user should clearly see in the data shown below that they do not have enough gas token for the transaction , it should be indicated by having the text highlighted in red as it is done for the other amounts e.g. the flow rate
