Integration into the Snagboot and GPL2 license

thanks for amazing project and reverse engineering the protocol.

I'd like to ask if it would be possible to use it also under GPL2 license?

The reason is that then if could be merged with the snagboot https://github.com/bootlin/snagboot

Either use it as a module or port it so it would follow the snagboot architecture and add support along other families also to Amlogic SoC.

Hi, The core source code has already been changed to a dual licence with a GPL2 compatible licence as a request from the Snargboot developers, please see #22

Hi, I can confirm that the current MIT license is perfectly fine for integrating elements of this project to Snagboot. The only thing currently missing is time :).

Okay, perfect I'm also short on time but as I do have some amlogic devices can look into this.

@phodina please note that we have someone at Bootlin who just started looking into this. Maybe you should wait until the end of this month, we'll probably have a PR ready by then.

In the meantime, I'll happily take the references of the boards that you have so that we can avoid ordering them and perhaps defer testing these to you.
