Description
From Ven. Nadī (ex-Tracy):
So, html! I’m sure there’s method to the madness, but in case not… The inserted heading in section 3 e.g. 5.5.0 “Male lay followers” appears in larger font than those in sections 4, 8, 12 e.g. 6.2.0 “A monk sending a message”.
I see this in the html file:
"pli-tv-kd3:5.5.0": "<h3 class='inserted-heading'>{}</h3>",
...
"pli-tv-kd3:6.2.0": "<h5 class='inserted-heading help-heading'>{}</h5>", And comparison with other kds so far, all the inserted headings in [kd1](https://suttacentral.net/pli-tv-kd1/en/brahmali#pli-tv-kd1undefined) and [kd4](https://suttacentral.net/pli-tv-kd4/en/brahmali#pli-tv-kd4undefined) are h3.
Kd 4:5.4.13, 5.4.21 html: These are not boldfaced while in [kd2](https://suttacentral.net/pli-tv-kd2/en/brahmali#pli-tv-kd2undefined) (26.3.6, 26.4.1) they are. Similarly boldfacing and paragraphing differences with Kd 4:5.6.1-5.6.17 vs [kd2:26.6.1](https://suttacentral.net/pli-tv-kd2/en/brahmali#pli-tv-kd2:26.6.1)-26.7.7.
Solution: follow the Kd 4 pattern for Kd 2.
Kd 4:16.2.4-5 html: these are part of the same paragraph as the previous segment, and the entire paragraph has “rule” formatting. However in [kd19:2.1.8](https://suttacentral.net/pli-tv-kd19/en/brahmali#pli-tv-kd19:2.1.8)-9, the same two segments are their own paragraph and do not have “rule” format.
Solution: let's follow the structure in Kd 19. The reason is we want the actual rule to stand out, and we do not want too much bold in the text.
Kd 4:16.2.10 html: this is its own paragraph while in [kd19:2.1.11](https://suttacentral.net/pli-tv-kd19/en/brahmali#pli-tv-kd19:2.1.11) that sentence is in the same segment as the previous text. In both, that sentence still has “kamma” formatting.
Solution: follow pattern in Kd 4, that is, make it it's own paragraph. Then remove kamma formatting on both. Again, we want have formatting strictly for what is a sanghakamma and minimise the use of bold/semibold.
