This ticket calls for enhancement in part or whole:

• ability to click a parent or child id from task detail dialog and open up the task details
• ability to click a file or output and open up the file in code editor (read-only at this time)

1. Enable task traversal
2. Enable file-level observability

Task details will have many artifact URIs, which would be convenient if we can select and read the contents of.

^^ This is an example of an artifact uri appearing in a task detail.
Ideally, we'll rely on a git filter-based approach for doing this, however we should be a mindful of large files, this ER task does not regard downloading large files, but it does regard downloading/fetching smaller files such that they can be read for tui.
