Downloading a file from a target

I've created a fork that adds this feature. It's unencrypted, doesn't work with with siblings, but it's a start.
Edit: I've also just added rolling Ticket authentication to secure the new port from random uploads.
If interested, check my code and let me know if you'd like to merge it in, etc. Suggestions welcome.
