feat: Gwyneth initial tasks

Describe the feature

Tasks to be done:

• Create a "base branch" for Gwyneth (Taiko's BBR initiative) and take over taiko-simplified branch from Brecht's taiko-mono fork and make it compiling, tests not-failing, etc.

• Modify protocol:

  • Add necessary code/features (preconfirmations, extra checks, some simple staking-style interface, for prover slashing for liveness).
  • Remove unnecessary code (tests, tier system, governor, bridge&vault, etc.)
  • Update some code if relevant, with most up-to-date taiko-mono code (AddressManager, SgxVerifier, EssentialContract, LibStrings, TaikoL2, SignalService, etc.)

• Simple tests for propose and prove, with setting up a local anvil testnet (script) possibility (to test with the node)
