Support for Nuxt is limited to the Typescript SDK right now, but we'd like to add support for Nuxt.

Created PR #2399 — adds @tambo-ai/nuxt Nuxt 3 module with auto-imports and SSR-compatible initialization, built on @tambo-ai/vue.
