Whitelist mode does not work

Describe the bug

If I set the whitelist mode and enable a specific domain, even if the domain string is included in the list, the original user agent is detected.

Tested on Brave Browser.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable the whitelist mode
2. Go on https://browserleaks.com/javascript
3. Enable the current domain in the extension menu
4. The page is reloaded, but the original user agent is still detected
