Use plain CSV/TAB files instead of Excel #32
Description
It would be much more interoperable and simpler to use if the standard would be based on CSV or TAB files instead of xslx or even worse, the binary proprietary xls format which is in use for the marine scheme.
It would also allow us to track changes efficiently and review proposed changes.
