ltc:resourceIRI first example isn't an IRI

The first example under ltc:resourceIRI is 10.5072/example-full, which appears to be a DOI. If the values for this term are supposed to be IRIs, I would change it to https://doi.org/10.5072/example-full, which I believe is now the preferred form for DOIs as IRIs (although somebody should check to be sure that it's https: and not http: and to make sure they aren't using dx.doi.org any more, which I think is true).
