Project conflict dialog shown when deleting a site

Repro steps:

1. Go to a site's settings screen
2. Delete it
   Expected: App navigates to the sites home page, site is deleted, shows no error
   Actual: App navigates to the sites home page (correct), site is deleted (correct), shows "Project conflict" error dialog:

Technical notes: I imagine there's some callback for deleting a site -- there we may want to navigate BEFORE we try to re-render whatever site page we were on?
