Add possibility to create User Entities on the Edge and Push them to Server

Introduce the ability to create and manage users within Edge, ensuring that these changes are synchronized and pushed to the Server.

Enable administrators to create and update users directly within Edge.

Ensure that any changes made in Edge regarding users are automatically pushed and synchronized with the Server.
