[Feature]: IsAssignableFrom needs to be completed with it's counterpart IsAssignableTo

Problem Statement

This is a simple one:

TUnit supports IsAssignableFom()

It would be nice to also support its counterpart IsAssignableTo()

Proposed Solution

simply call IsAssignableFrom reversing the parameters
