Update for Raspberry Pi OS 13 Trixie

Please reconsider updating the steps to ensure a good service optimized for the new Trixie version of Raspbian.

I use a Raspberry Pi 5 with Uputronics GPS HAT v6.4.In the previous system, all the steps worked correctly, but with the changes in Trixie, there are some sections that don't match.
It's currently working well.
My Raspberry Pi programming skills are basic, but I still have the server running, but I would like help improving it.
