User definable stock item fields are not provided #820

Some users may wish additional stock item fields. For simplicity, I suggest the implementation in Parts&Vendors as a design specification for "general" features (e.g. P&V allowing only users with certain security profiles to edit certain fields could have benefit in webERP but the product "parent part number" scheme using "User 1" and "User 2" is probably not of benefit).
In Parts&Vendords, each stock item includes 10 text fields that can optionally be used as desired. The fields are always visible in the "stock item master" and each field can hold up to 100 characters. The fields are named "User 1" to "User 10" as defaults which can be changed (the practical limit for a name is about 15 characters otherwise the UI gets messy) .
