Scale on printout?

Thanks so much! Worked great for my Salomon Strive 12 bindings. 

One issue, I tried initially printing from my iPhone to my network connect printer and the scale was off. I think this was due to the file being svg and safari not properly scaling. 

A ruler in the printout would be great to help confirm scale, or possibly output as pdf? Maybe both?
