Remove nr_cpus parameter for aarch64

Is there a reason the nr_cpus=1 is present in the grub config? I've tested removing this parameter at boot time in UTM on Apple Silicon and I haven't seen any issue.

You cannot remove it, it breaks kexec execution. If you know no complete environment update will happen you can remove it and have full speed on installation.
