`clusterSize` should be a (Progress)=>Int

Currently, to figure out the cluster size there is a function ()=>Int. That is a placeholder for when we have dynamic cluster membership. Yet the actual size will depend on the slot that is being evaluated. So the callback should be (Long)=>Int.
