[Improvement] Update properties values

Description

In a note, it is possible to add a property and set its value to the path of a file.
For example, I create the property "cover" and set it to an image. Than, I use that image as the cover of the note in the "cards" layout of a base.

Issue

The properties are not updated even though the file names are and so covers in Bases are broken every time the command "Rearrange linked attachments" is executed.

Expected behavior

The command "Rearrange linked attachments" should update the properties if they match a file that is being renamed or moved.
