BUG: auto rename does not work without "use wikilink" #197
Description
I think this is the cause for #166.
It suddenly stopped working, and after some tinkering I found this Obsidian setting to be the culprit.
I can reproduce the bug easily by toggling the setting on/off.
As described in the other issue, commands still work, but the auto rename stops.
Setting the Obsidian link format to "relative" does not affect.
