Uppercase theme files do not show in Themes menu

Describe the bug
I installed the screenplay theme from your website. The Themes menu did not display it, until I changed the first letter S (from Screenplay.css to screenplay.css)

To Reproduce
Copy Screenplay.css to theme folder.

Expected behavior
See all css files regardless of case.

Windows 10 64bit
