Re-organise pages
There is currently a lot of information under the API Guidelines section of the documentation, however some of the guidance is more general in nature such as the use of caching, data standards etc.
It might make more sense to have a general API guidance section, a RESTful API Guidance section etc also when the time comes to add dedicated AsyncAPI documentation we could have a section specific to that.
