Allow printing generated bytecode to stdout #11
Description
The idea is still to be able, at some point, to run cat code.undo | frontend | backend | vm. It's all good and dandy to generate files by default (it's maybe better this way, even), but we need to be able to read from stdin (with filename -) and output to stdin.
