[WARNING] Serial port timeout! on Orange Pi 5 Pro, connecting with serial

Hi,

I'm connecting to the lidar using USB and converter. I work with the lidar using SDK. Sometimes it starts sending me data 30 secs after initialization, however I receive IMU and other packet types: {101: 67, 104: 68, 2001: 2}.

I see the following message in the logs:
[WARNING] Serial port timeout!

How do I fix that?

Should I switch to Ethernet and UDP?

I am only using UDP. The startup cycle I believe it the same for both modes.

From a cold start the L2 initially does not respond to anything for the first 2 seconds. The it will respond to command being sent. Then at about 3-4 seconds it will start sending IMU packets in addition to responding to commands. The at about 19-20 seconds will send both IMU and point cloud packets. The chart shown is the the L2 having IMU enabled and 3D point cloud mode.
