Consolidate attendance reporting into a single UI #80

Description
In static 12, NCO's must visit the profile of every squad member to to mark attendance for practice/meetings. We should create a squad interface where NCO's can mark attendance for everyone in a single location.
Requirements/Expected Behavior'
- Create a squad UI
- List recent events in the squad view.
- For each event, have an "attendance" button that opens up a dialog for NCO's to manage attendance for that event.
