New core type: Range

We need a core type that can display a numeric range, similar to Rust ranges. Only applicable for integers.
Create a feature branch, and one PRs per subissue to merge into the `feat/range` upstream. The feat/range will be targeted to release/0.0.8 (for now feat/variant-access) depending on schedule.
