Maven artifact uk.m0nom:javaapiforkml:3.0.11 reports GPL-3.0, but repository license is BSD-3-Clause

Hi,

While generating a third-party license report, we noticed a discrepancy between the published Maven metadata and the repository license:

• Repository LICENSE file: BSD 3-Clause
  (https://github.com/urbancamo/javaapiforkml/blob/master/LICENSE)

• Maven artifact: uk.m0nom:javaapiforkml:3.0.11
  (https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/uk.m0nom/javaapiforkml/3.0.11)

License scanning tools (Gradle license report, OSS scanners) report this artifact as GPL-3.0, which appears to come from the POM metadata.

This causes automated compliance tools to flag the dependency as GPL, despite the source clearly being BSD-licensed.

Could the POM license metadata be corrected (and possibly a new release published) to reflect the BSD-3-Clause license?
