Incoming service problem/fact payload issue #40
Description
There is an issue with pushing data into the Lagoon API when dealing with massive payloads from Remote.
We need to implement some basic size validation for, say, the "data" field of the "problems" payload to ensure that the user isn't pushing up megs of JSON.
