Dependency Track integration: Create new parent projects as Collection Projects

This makes the hierarchy 100% more useful, as the children risks are carried upwards.

I presume the best option is to use

      ["collectionLogic"]=> string(25) "AGGREGATE_DIRECT_CHILDREN"

We use the official Go API client to interact with Dependency Track which appears to be bare-bones and not very active. There is no support for setting the collection logic of a project, for example.

We are already using a fork, we should discuss if we want to keep using this library.
