Rename Manage to Organaztion Managers

In the UI, it can be confusing to some that the Manage tab on the left menu is not clear that this is where you manage the organization owners/admins.

It might be worth renaming this tab to be Organization Managers, and moving it to the top of the list on the right hand menu, something like this maybe?

The little Manage button in the overview should also be updated to reflect the change.
