Problem adding a filter to the metric

Describe the bug
I can't add a filter when creating a new metric.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Metrics menu
2. Click on Create Metric
3. Scroll down to Filter collapse
4. Add a Filter with property, operation and value
5. See error

Expected behavior
The metric should be created including the filter
