Update GitHub Issue Templates for cLabs Migration

Description

As part of the wallet migration back to cLabs control, we need to audit and update all links and resources in our GitHub issue templates to ensure they point to the correct cLabs-controlled resources.

Tasks

1. Verify All Links

Check that each link is valid, working, and points to the appropriate cLabs-controlled resource. Update or remove as needed.

  • Verify this points to the correct Celo/Valora community Discord
  • Update if the invite link has changed or if a different Discord should be used

2. Review Content for Accuracy

• Verify that support contact methods mentioned are still accurate
• Ensure all template language reflects the current cLabs ownership
• Confirm that the contact links in config.yml are still relevant and properly ordered
• Check if any new resources or links should be added

3. Remove Non-Existent Resources

• If any resources no longer exist or are not maintained, remove them entirely from the templates

Acceptance Criteria

• All links have been verified and are working correctly
• All links point to appropriate cLabs-controlled resources
• Any dead or irrelevant links have been removed
• Templates accurately reflect current support processes and ownership
