Description
I admit this project have failed. There is still a lot to do. However, at this point, the project becomes too complex to continue.
Lessons learned. I need to go agile this time instead of plan-driven. Many features will be cut in the first release. I also need to redesign the database structure to better adapt to the noSQL features, rather than just copying the style of the relational ones. In addition, the communication, the data consistency between back-end and front-end needs a clearer design unlike the current spaghetti ones.
