Add floating dot (notification like) on Button component

Add a flag to Button component props in order to show a floating dot on the upper right side. On the design it is only shown on the circular button with the filter icon but we should add it on the base component so we can show it whenever we want.

Note that the style is different for each type of button (primary, secondary, tertiary)
