Add a model to repair old photographs

Although I'm not sure if there are open source versions, I would vote for a model that can repair old photographs (p.ex. remove scratches).
There is GFP-GAN and this one for example:

Thanks, I will also add this to the roadmap, but I don't know when I can work on this.
