Add ability to set a custom title

I'd like to be able to rename the expanded single to something else. See the ticket I logged above for details.

What's your proposed solution?

Adding the ability to add a custom title to the customise sources menu.

Our plugin just uses the Name of the Single - is there a reason the name should be different to what's shown in the sidebar? I'm not sure how we'd go about adjusting the title that's all.

The example in the ticket above explains how I have got a single per site to be that site's landing page, but I've had to name them the site name and "landing page". But the context of them being in the sidebar would actually be much tidier if they were all just "Landing Page", but I can't just change their name to be that as it makes it impossible to manage their permissions.
