[feature request] On any PR, add an action to check lines deleted equals lines added #14
Description
I read that somewhere but didn't found anymore about a rule which invite to translate without change the structure by keeping same paragraph placement, don't split sentence and be as close as the docs source project is to avoid major conflicts.
I just see that on our PR we do that I see an additional guard could added in the ryu-cho process to avoid these structure change: checking line deletion/addition ratio.
If the ratio is 1 that's good. Other was, return a non blocking result to inform the issuer/maintainer about that mismatch.
Probably, in some case, those mismatch could be inevitable depending to language specifics..
