Translating TextBlock should be rendered with the TextArea widget with line breaks

Multi-line TextBlocks are difficult for the translator. Currently rendered as a single line with <br> tags.

Requires the translator to edit it as a single line with the <br> tags in place.

Would be a vast improvement to use the same TextArea widget with linebreaks as used on the base admin form.
