Several SAM configurations (true to skynet-iads-compiled file) are shown as "raddest" in the debug

I've tried using several SAM configurations on a map, but it seems like Skynet doesn't see one or more group components (e.g. a Tracker or a Search Radar) and reports a Radar Destroyed status in the debug, making the site unusable. This seems to affect most single units like Sa-9. Sa-8, Chaparrals, Shilkas and such, which technically include everything into them; it also affects other groups such as Sa-3 Goa, despite adding the mandatory P19 SR.

What could be causing this?

The currently placed units work fine, try to place a GOA SAM and let me know which results you get please.
