loads the url localhost

Describe the bug
I have installed version 4.1.0, on Windows 10, and when I accept to access the Google account, it loads the url of localhost:
https://localhost:50171/?state=****&scope=https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive
(I hide the value of the "state" parameter with ****)
