Auto run is not working

Describe the bug

Application won't auto run even if we enabled auto start. However, if we reboot the computer for the second time, it will auto run (just the first time of rebooting is not working).

To Reproduce

1. Enable auto start.
2. Reboot computer.

Expected behavior

Application auto runs.

Actual behavior

Application not run.

Not always happens, still don't know why, it's strange.

No changes were made to the service code but the bug can't be reproduced on my machine any more. Very strange. Leave this issue open for a bit longer to make sure it is actually fixed.
