Allow wascc host and tooling to be installed by popular package managers #92
Description
The host and associated tooling should be easy to install. In addition to allowing Rust developers to use cargo to install the host and tools, we need it to be easy to install on servers and virtual environments of any kind, including:
- apt
- snap
- Available in the Raspbian official repositories (so it can be installed from a bare Raspberry Pi)
- OpenWRT (MIPS binary using wasm3 engine)
- Mac homebrew
- Windows (chocolatey?)
