Development - Separate Agent/Manager - VMs - Add Wazuh agent clean up in the AMI `post configurer` module

Description

Once issue #567 has been completed, where the agent configuration was included, we have a functional AIO with a running agent.

After that, it is necessary to modify the AMI post configurer module to add the agent-related log cleanup step. This cleanup is required to ensure that when a new instance is created from the AMI, no residual data from the installation remains.

Depend on

• agent and manager packages ready with the new changes so they can be tested
• Development - Separate Agent/Manager - VMs - Configure the Wazuh agent in the core configurer module #567 issue completed

Tasks

• After applying the change, verify that an AMI with a functional AIO including an installed and configured agent is generated.
• Ensure that an instance created from this AMI does not contain residual agent data, confirming that the cleanup step has been executed correctly.
• Update the required tests so they pass correctly
