Flexible Checkout Field display not correct

Hi Jonas

Thank you for building such a great plugin!

I want to add checkout fields, so I use the plugin you mentioned in the documentation.
Everything looks great except the fields using conditional logic and address fields.

As the images below, fields no.16, 17, 18, and 19 are the fields with conditional logic (also, address fields).
They display correctly on the checkout page, but when using the donation form shortcode (using style3 here), the fields with conditional logic display at weird places.

I've tried to remove conditional logic from the address field, but it still does not display correctly and doesn't apply the conditional logic.

I also tried to add conditional logic to the FCF field and default field(email), but the FCF field is displayed in the wrong place and does not apply the conditional logic.

I found another checkout field editor plugin that supports conditional logic with the Donation Platform plugin. Maybe you can mention it in the documentation.

Meanwhile, I found another problem related to the checkout fields. I use this plugin to help users select their state, city, and postcode more easily. However, when using it with the Donation Platform plugin, the city field cannot dynamically change options according to state changes, and the postcode field also can't be populated. You can try it on my website at this page (select the second option of the second to last radio field to show the address fields).

Can you identify the issue? If it's unresolvable on your side, I can reach out to the city-select plugin developer for assistance.
