feat: Validate body in `toBeRequestedWith` following BiDi payload support

Following the upgrade to WebDriverIO v9 and BiDi, the former payload validation with toBeRequestedWith was disabled since BiDi was not returning it.

This has change but we need WebDriverIO to support it here first: webdriverio/webdriverio#13765 (comment)
