toSimple7702Account works with EntryPoint v0.8 only

Current Behavior

the toSimple7702Account function assumes a v0.8 entryPoint, and always use the delegate at 0xe6Cae83BdE06E4c305530e199D7217f42808555B

Instead, it should accept (at least as optional) an entryPoint address, and use the correct delegate

For EntryPoint v0.9, it is 0xa46cc63eBF4Bd77888AA327837d20b23A63a56B5

Can add entryPoint parameters as a string ("0.8" | "0.9"), or an object ({ abi, address, version })
