Not adding CT code to talk page message when notifying users about a G5 page tag [enwiki]

When tagging a page for G5 speedy deletion as a violation of a contentious topic, I noticed that the direct {{db-gs-notice|page=...}} had been added, missing the |code= parameter, leading to the following error appearing on the user's talk page:

The relevant contentious topic code (which is selected when tagging the page) should also be added in the code parameter of the {{db-gs-notice}}.
