Test suite for apps

To maintain an app library, it would be most helpful, if there was a command to run a full round trip of download, installation, execution, removal with a test report.

In that context an additional custom script type `test` should be introduced. This script is executed during the app test run, and its output as well as its exit code is included in the test report.
