removed from CRAN & not compiling from gihub

This library has been removed from CRAN, and I can't even install remotely from Github via devtools.

I suspect it is a C++/RcppArmadillo versioning issue

#include <boost/math/quadrature/gauss_kronrod.hpp> The minimum language standard to use Boost.Math will be C++14 starting in July 2023 (Boost 1.82 release)

#pragma message: Using fallback compilation with Armadillo 14.6.3. Please consider defining -DARMA_USE_CURRENT and also removing C++11 compilation directive. See GitHub issue #475 for more.
