Rigaku Miniflex II raw file (XRD)

The discussion there includes an example file produced by Rigaku Miniflex II X-ray diffractometer.

Sadly, Rigaku developers refused to share format specification, saying:

The MiniFlex *.raw is Rigaku proprietary binary file format

I parsed the RAW format file of Japan Rigaku, read the data from it, and merged it into the 'data_reader' module of my project;
Because simply extracting the data is enough for me, I did not parse the file header;
And because I don’t know C language, I used Python.
